Confirmation email

You have probably already received a confirmation email to say that we have received your response. Remember to check your spam folder if you cannot find the confirmation in your inbox. If you can’t find the confirmation email in your inbox up to 5 minutes after filling out the questionnaire, it may be because you entered an incorrect email address when completing the form. We therefore encourage you to complete the questionnaire again, with the correct email address. If you still do not receive a confirmation, please write an email to info@britishresearchpanel.co.uk so that we can make sure that you are able to receive emails from the British Research Panel.

Matching the clinical trial to you

Within 4-5 working days of receiving your confirmation, you will also receive an email notifying you as to whether we can identify a clinical trial that matches your response. If a clinical trial matches your answers, one of our nurses will be contacting you by phone and email.

About the British Research Panel

The British Research Panel is a voluntary British patient community with more than 15,000 members. We work to make participation in clinical research easy and safe. You will be offered participation in various clinical research projects that are relevant to you and you will always have the choice to opt-out. In addition to this, you will also receive newsletters about research, research reports and more. The British Research Panel is founded and run by patient organisation James Lind Care, which works to make participation in research easy and safe.
