When you sign up to participate in this COPD trial you help advance research in new COPD medicine.
This clinical trial will test a new treatment for COPD which is already approved for the treatment of severe asthma. The researchers hope to be able to demonstrate that this treatment can reduce the risk of exacerbations of this chronic disease, as well as improving the quality of life for people with COPD.
By filling in this questionnaire you help researchers in their work to advance medical treatment of COPD and thereby making a difference for you and others with COPD.

What will happen once you submit the questionnaire
Once you have completed and submitted the questionnaire above, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your completion. Remember to check your spam folder if you cannot find the confirmation e-mail in your inbox.
When we have recieved your completed questionnaire, we will process your answers. Within 1-3 business days, we will get back to you via e-mail, to let you know whether the trial matches with your information or not.
If the trial matches with your information, you will be contacted via telephone by one of our experienced nurses. In this call, the nurse will ask you some additional questions, and inform you in more details about the trial.
Participation is voluntary througout the entire process and you can opt out at any step during the process.
