To assess if the study matches your health condition, you need to visit the study website and complete a short questionnaire.
On the website you will be able to learn more about the study, cardiovascular disease and chronic kidney disease.
When you have completed the questionnaire, you will immediately receive a response, informing you whether or not the study matches your health condition. If the study matches, you will also receive a call from one of our dedicated research nurses, who will provide you with more details regarding potential participation.
Participation is completely voluntary, and you can choose to opt-out again at any time.
