This study is tested a new treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
The drug was given as an injection under the skin. The purpose of this study was to see if the study drug could help control COPD symptoms more effectively than using COPD inhaled medications alone.
Participants continued to take their existing inhaled medications
